About work?

i have been having a prob at work with my boss who has been retaliating on me cause my sister in law who works with me called in sick 2 days and i have never been wrote up or in trob for anything and i was told i needed to have a meeting with the head manager cause i complanted about it and i was told that they are giving me a final worning but i have done nothing wrong can they do that
