Fred phelps telling elementry children that god hates them?!?! do u think he will go to hell?

i go to goddard high school. on tuesday a hypocritical man from the southern baptist church will com to town and protest our churches and the highschool. and to top i off the elementry school the middle school and the preschool...ive heard of the 1st amendment, but how can u willingly tell a child that they are going to hell and god refuses to hear their prayers because god hates them?! doesnt the bible state to do unto others as to urself? what has the world come too that this man would be so heartless as to tear a child down like that? so what i want to kno is if u think hes goin to hell?
