I am afraid !?

After I saw movie "the exorsism of Emily Rose" I can not manage to fall asleep by my self.I have to drag my husbend with me in to the bedroom even if he is not tired.I did try to go to sleep alone but I couldn't even relax.I don't watch anything spooky anymore . I could watch anything before and was just fine untill after I saw that movie. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night at 3:00 then I am so scared I have to cover my head with covers so only my nose sticks out so I could breath. How do other people who also have this fear coup with it. Im 25 years old.
