Vegan daily regimented diet?

I need to know, just the bare esentials, on what to eat every day to get all of the daily recomened vitamins, protines and other "must haves" in a vegan diet. IE: 2 apples, 4 wallnuts, 1 g. I am anorexic now, so eating is not a hobby, or an enjoyable recreation for me. I just do not want to die. Thanks
