Losing weight fast??? 10 points?

just start eating healthy. find a diet that you like, you may not lose 30 pounds in a month..that's alot. and you dont need to overwork yourself. find a good diet. find a workout plan and do it daily. maybe once during the day and once at night. wii fitness helps too :) im looking to gain weight, but i hope this helps
