Should I Ask her out Or Distance Myself? (10 points)?

I can clearly see you like her. Shes friendly and likes that you know there are other guys around her, but that seems enough, that she doesnt need a relationship. If you want her, you will need to be different than all her guy friends and yes I think that if you want something you should go for it...show interest, but dont show too much of an interest, because shes the kind of girl, who gets enough of it and what will give you a big chance is if you show her opposite, because that way she will stop and think...why does this guy not run after me? and she will start trying. Show resistance to certain point...dont make it too easy, but dont do this too long either.
