How do some people get job without experience?

You are right about that. the only way around that i have found is to vollunteer. If you do that you can learn who the key people are and when a position opens. You will have a greater chance that even someone with exsperience. Sometimes you can even get free training at schools that they will gradly pay for. Hope this is helpful. I know the drill
