What should i do about this lump on my inner thigh/bikini line?

For almost 2 weeks now i have had a small lump on my bikini line which i have had before, like a swollen razor bump that usually go away in a week at most so i began to get a little worried. i went to the beach and it went down and almost diappeared but yesterday i came back and not much had changed to i decided to see what was going on. i felt it and it felt like bubble was in there so i knew not to just press down. i got a sterile needle and let some of the liquid ooze out. i must admit during this time i did squeeze a littttle. after this it became flat and i washed it off with a little alcohol so i was hoping this would help especially if it was potentially infected. about 10 minutes later i had taken off my underwear so i checked it and it was immensly swolen. i ume this is from me messing with it.... im really worried because my moms friend had one a couple months ago that got severly infected. please help, what should i do? go to a doctor, wait it out? please any opinion would be greatly appreciated. ps. im not ually active
