History on perpetuitites help please! Ben Franklin's Will?

You wrote a great introduction to the topic, but never got to the question. if you have a question about some article you read, you would have to identify the article, or at least describe it. If you have a question about some court case, you would have to identify the case. Then, someone might be able to answer your question.
