How to start a chapter at your univeristy when they really don't have a greek life?

Hi ok I know I just asked a question about admissions to campbell University so obviously i have not been accepted yet however i'm having faith! Ok so I don't know who has ever heard of Sigma Alpha Omega but it is a Christian sorority and I really want to be apart of it. However campbell does not have greek life they have like a business fraternity and a pre-law fraternity but other than that nothing. I would really like to start a chapter there though when i become a student can anyone tell me the exact process? I appreciate every answer however it would be really helpful if you have done this at your school or even better if you have started an organization at Campbell so again thank you for any info.
