Please read this and help me?!?

I want to start getting along with my step-dad. we consequently argue about things. i found out the his fav. movie rocky horror picture show was playing soon so i asked him if he wanted to go so we can spend time together and he said "i geuss." i try so many differant things and i am running out of ideas. we just dont like the same things and it makes it hard! if you have any advice please give it i could use any and would apperciate it all!
