Should I confront my dad about this?

So my dad (Hes not my biological father) is so picky. Everytime I am doing something, like cleaning up or making food he will come up and be all like "what are you at? That's not how you do that" and he will keep going on and on with worthless crap. And if things aren't a certain way he will flip. He's a perfectionist and he don't even realize it. He also curses WAY to much.Yes a lot of people curse and stuff but if he's not happy about something he will be like "dirty mother f*cking " abd then he'll be like "Son of a god damn f*cking b*tch" and he will say f*ck a bunch of times, and this will be over the littlest things. He said he will take anger management cles but he never will because he only does what he wants to. So should I talk to him about this? I'm scared if I talk to him about it he will start yrippin at me.
