What govermental regulations should be enacted to save the world from global cooling caused by man?

John Holdren (the science czar) recommended giant C02 factories and forced abortions to deal with the problem in Ecoscience...as for me, I just accept humans are not all we are cracked up to be and mother nature gets to deal with it.
