Where can I go to get a Canon PowerShot SD780 IS fixed?

I was filming on a tripod when one of the legs failed and it tipped forward and the camera smashed into the ground forcing the lens in, and now when it trys to start up the lens just gets stuck and it says "lens error" and shuts down. Can it be fixed or is it totaled?
