you should NEVER cook a frozem ham. Put the ham into a bath of warm water in your sink. Keep the water running warm for 2 hours and you should be good. Then cook at 350 for 20-25 minutes a pound.....WARNING....most hams are sold precooked....check package....if precooked then 45 min at 450 is best appoach
